Fytofarm Ltd. is a small research company. It is oriented to the applied research, development and production of preparations for nutrition and protection of plants on the basis of natural regulation systems.
Research activity is oriented to the area of chemocommunication of insects and its application in plant protection and utilization of microorganisms in plant protection and nutrition and auxilliary biotechnical preparations.
Company provides complete biological research and development of a secondary metabolite with insecticide and acaricide activity, complete biological and toxicological research of a microbiological preparation with antifungal activity.
It co-operates on the biological protection of sweet chestnut against parasitic fungi Cryphonectria parasitica.
Main part of production activity are products realised on the basis of own results of research and development.
The highest amount are pheromone protection systems for forest and fruit cultures, which consists of pheromone dispensers and traps of insect. Company also produce microbiological preparations (starting cultures, antifungal preparation, accelerators for composting and soil bonificators), auxilliary preparations (thixotropic stick, biochemical test set to determine lignification of plants, grafting waxes and balsams).
In the framework of services, company provides microbiological analysis, special microbiological works and it offers advisory and experimental services at the registration of biological preparations for protection and nutrition of plants.
Company has commercial activities with own products and products of other (also foreign) companies, too, which are making full assortment with repellents and anti-gnawing preparations on the basis of natural substances.
